  • An album of twenty mounted oval varnished salt print portrait phoographs, guarded on old linen and interleaved with tissue. Two of the sitters have been identified: Charles c. Harrison, a daguerrotypist and lensmaker, and Sam Houston.

HSVG copy: Bound in half black goatskin and dark purple cloth, upper cover with a mounted label with the date 1856, spine gilt, marbled endpapers.
