Title from folio 1r.
Physical description: 13 lines a page; written in Greek script in black ink, many illuminated initial letters; a few initials and titles in red ink; without foliation or pagination. The scene of the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary is in the center of the upper cover, while the arms of the Russian order of St. Andrew on the lower; spine slightly cracked. Additions of a second hand at the top of folios [8v-9r].
Binding note
Bound in late 17th-century red morocco gilt over wooden boards; sewn on three raised bands; endbands in secondary sewing in red and gold; red stained edges; two clasps and catches.
