"Preparations are underway in the principality of Lucca for a concert featuring the famous violinist Paganini. Coincidentally, the royal household is paying a visit to the small village of Capannari. While Prince Felice is busy courting Bella, the prima donna of the opera, Princess Anna Elisa falls under the spell of Paganini's violin playing and is then seduced by the charm of the artist himself.
