In this paper, the authors model and solve one of variants of the vehicle routing problem (VRP) variants, namely the multi-depot fleet size and mix vehicle routing problem (MDFSMVRP). Section 2 includes a formal description of the MDFSMVRP, followed by the presentation and introduction of the five mathematical models in Section 3. The algorithms used to solve these formulations are briefly presented in Section 4. The results of extensive computational experiments are presented in Section 5. Section 6 is devoted to conclusions.--Includes text from document.
