Notes
"The work of Alphonse Mucha has at all times held a prominent position in the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague. It is therefore not surprising that, along with the interiors of the Exposition Universelle 1900 in Paris, the Museum also acquired the decorative paintings for the Pavilion of Bosnia and Herzegovina depicting the scenes from Bosnian history. The Museum has for the first time prepared an exhibition of the entire set for the Municipal House in Prague in 2002, and all the paintings had been restored at that time. The current presentation takes place once again in Prague's Municipal house where the selected part of the cycle enriches the exhibition called Art Nouveau / Vital Art Museum 1900"--Pages 12-13.
Published in conjunction with an exhibition held at Obecní dům, Prague, November 11, 2013 - July 31, 2016.
Exhibition dates from Obecní dům web site, viewed December 15, 2017.
