    Treatise on the virtues of knowledge (ʻilm), in five chapters (bāb, see beginning of text, fol. 3a), completed in 747 H. [1346 or 7] (note end of text, fol. 79b).

    • Ms. codex.
    • Title supplied by cataloger, following R. Mach, from the beginning of the text (fol. 2, l. 3-4).
    • 17 lines per page. Written in casual medium small naskh in black ink, with larger script for headings. Some use of red. Dark cream paper with pulp and chain lines visible. Quinions.
    • Collation: Paper, fol. 79 ; 1¹⁰ (-1, before fol. 1) 2-8¹⁰ ; catchword on the verso of most leaves.
    • Copy completed for himself by ʻĪsá ibn Mūsá ibn ʻUthmān on 8 Rajab 885 [Sept. 13, 1480] (colophon, fol. 79b).
