    Consists of a compilation of several prayers collected by an old manuscript found at the Holy Monastery of Tatarna in Eurytania (Greece). Inscription on fly-leaf reads: "Vivlion euchōn diaphorōn cheirographōn eranisthen ex arxchaiou cheirographou Hieras Monēs Tatarnēs. Para tou hiereōs Philippou G. Kōstomētsopoulou prōtonotariou kata to sōtērion etos 1916. Koryschades tē 1ē Martiou 1916."
