    清光绪三十三年归安陆心源藏书售归日本静嘉堂文库, 此志即河田罴应文库主人岩崎重野之请, 检核陆氏原书并参考陆氏"皕宋楼藏书志", "仪顾堂题跋", "仪顾堂集"及"四库全书总目"编纂而成的. 书成于明治四十三年, 大正六年方刊行. 此志著录陆氏旧藏中版本较精善或内容较重要者, 卷一至十二为皕宋楼旧藏, 多宋元旧刊, 卷十三至五十为十万卷楼旧藏, 多明以后刻本及名家抄校本. 两大部分各自依四部分类, 每书著录书名, 著者, 版本, 册数, 其下节录"皕宋楼藏书志", "仪顾堂题跋", "仪顾堂集"和"四库提要"文字, 间附河田罴按语. 全书五十卷, 前十二卷为陆氏皕宋楼旧藏, 第十三卷至五十卷为十万卷楼旧藏.
