    Summary note
This book presents the glass vessels recovered at Augusta Raurica between 1981 and 2010. The assemblage of glass vessels from this site is important because of its substantial size and large variety of forms and because--with the exception of purely Augustan contexts--it covers the entire Roman Imperial period. With this presentation the total assemblage of glass vessels retrieved up to 2010--excluding the finds from the Im Sager cemetery (Region 14) excavated in 1991 and 1992--has now been published, all finds have been recorded and are accessible at the museum's storage facilities. Volume 1 presents a catalog of forms, along with analysis of the finds. The forms, descriptions, and dates of the vessels are presented in volume 2.
