    Architecture in Wood 2016 was published to coincide with the Timber Prize award ceremony on 9 March in Stockholm where the Timber Prize for 2016 was awarded. The book contains presentations of the shortlisted entries and photos by Åke E:son Lindman, drawings and descriptions by the architects and the jury's statements. The buildings represent a range of sizes, types and applications. The Timber Prize is an architectural prize incepted by Swedish Wood, an organisation within the Swedish Forest industries Association. It is awarded every four years to a building that embodies exemplary Swedish architecture in wood and which reflects and inspires the times we live in.
